RockRoad - A Decade of Rocking Excellence and Global Aspirations.

RockRoad, hailing from the vibrant city of Bacolod in the Philippines, was born in 2010 from the collective dreams and aspirations of a group of "young" musicians who shared a passion for music that transcended genres. Their journey, which began as an inspired idea, has since evolved into a remarkable tale of musical prowess and unwavering dedication.

The genesis of RockRoad reads like a rock 'n' roll fairytale. The band's inception was nothing short of serendipitous, as they quite literally started in a "draft." This eclectic group of musicians, each with their unique tastes and influences, made the bold decision to unite their talents and form a band that would challenge conventions and elevate the local music scene.

From their humble beginnings, RockRoad quickly made a name for themselves by venturing into the competitive arena of battle of the bands competitions across multiple cities in their province. It didn't take long for their extraordinary talent and charismatic stage presence to catch the attention of audiences and judges alike. With a blend of influences ranging from major '70s and '80s rock icons like Queen, Mr. Big, Journey, Toto, Skid Row, to mainstream metal legends like Metallica and Megadeth, RockRoad consistently stood out from the crowd.

Their undeniable skill and charisma translated into success, as RockRoad consistently brought home the coveted trophy from most of the contests they entered, establishing themselves as local champions in their own right.

In 2016, RockRoad took their first significant step into the music industry by officially publishing the song "Same Old Ways" on Spotify, introducing their unique sound to a wider audience. This was a pivotal moment that would mark the beginning of their journey toward a full-fledged debut album.
Fast forward to today, and RockRoad finds themselves in their 30s, having spent an impressive 12 years as beloved figures in the local rock scene. Undeterred by the passage of time, they have adopted the mantra, "It's Never Too Late," as they embark on a new chapter in their musical odyssey.

In a groundbreaking move, RockRoad has set their sights on the global stage. In 2023, they achieved a remarkable milestone by signing a worldwide deal with Lions Pride Music, a distinguished record label based in Denmark. This momentous partnership opens doors to a worldwide audience, allowing their music to resonate with fans across the globe.

With a decade of rocking excellence behind them, RockRoad's future is filled with boundless promise. Their music, a harmonious fusion of classic and contemporary influences, is poised to captivate and inspire listeners worldwide. As they venture into uncharted territories and explore new horizons, RockRoad remains a testament to the enduring power of music and the relentless pursuit of dreams.
